Introduced in 1997, the Railroad Protector Plan SM (RRPP) is a broad based property & casualty insurance program created by Insurance Administration Center. We offer a competitively priced Program with a broad range of coverages specifically tailored for contractors, manufacturers, and wholesalers that make up the railroad service support industries. Current classes of business include railroad equipment manufacturing, railroad equipment and supplies, rail line construction, rail car refurbishment, tie removal and installation, and spur line upgrades.
The program is underwritten by The Hartford's Specialty Programs Division. Rated "A" by AM Best, The Hartford (NYSE: HIG) is one of the nation's largest international insurance and financial services companies. The program is managed and marketed nationally by the Insurance Administration Center and is sold and serviced by a "select network" of dedicated property & casualty agents. Those agents target contractors, manufacturers, and wholesalers that make up the railroad service support industries. Insurance Administration Center seeks out and identifies high potential market segments, designs compatible insurance programs, and distributes the programs through specialized agent networks - one selected to be responsive to that particular group. Many of these network agents have been working in the railroad industry segment for over 25 years. Legal Notices | Privacy Statement ABOUT
